Good to know
What is a CPU socket?
A subscription covers each physical CPU socket occupied on the motherboard. The number of cores does not matter, only the number of occupied sockets. A single-socket server needs one subscription; a dual-socket server needs two. Check your socket count.
What is the Enterprise Repository?
The Proxmox Enterprise Repository provides the stable, recommended package channel. Updates are thoroughly tested before release and include security fixes for production environments. Available to Basic, Standard, and Premium subscribers.
Cluster subscription requirements
All nodes in a Proxmox VE cluster must run the same subscription level. You cannot mix subscription tiers within a single cluster.
How does ordering work?
Select your tier and the number of CPU sockets, then click Order. A secure checkout form opens on this page. After payment, you receive your subscription key and Enterprise Repository credentials by email.
Who provides support?
Subscriptions are official Proxmox products. Technical support is provided through the Proxmox Customer Portal. Linux Belgium handles billing, invoicing, and can assist with deployment questions.
